I'm Paul - from Surrey - and cannot wait till the 16th - can time drag any slower?

I'm 28 - had enough of work in the UK and what to enjoy life and try something different in a different land.

Cant wait for trip, although still got a lot to plan and do. Could everyone possibly upload avatars of themselves so we can all share our ugly mugs with each other. If anyone has trouble ill post a guide on how to do it. That is of course if its possible in these forums; im kinda new to this gig.

my name is Marion, im 21 yrs and live on parents mixed cattle, sheep and Poultry farm in Devon, and guess what? im heading of 2 OZ!!! hoping to work on a ranch over in OZ. have rode Horses all my life. but dont really have any other plans until i get over there! im also going to NZ fo 1 month! xx

Cant wai to get away and have a year free from education to just be me and experience life, will be awesome!

Hey Everyone,

Well my name is Clare, I'm 19 years old, and heading out to Australia for a year to have a break from work, as I've been working since I left school! So more of a career break for me, and think about what I really want.
I don't have much planned whilst I'm in Oz, other than staying in or near Sydney until New Year and finding work, and possibly a flat to rent, and then moving on in the New Year. Other than that I'm just going to go with the flow and see what happens. Very Happy

I'm really looking forward to meeting all of you guys either in Spoons at Heathrow or when we get to Oz!

Hey guys. I'm Neal, i'm 23, from Glasgow, and i'm headed to Oz! I graduated from uni this summer and didn't know what to do with my life, so here I am! Razz

I'm travelling with my mate Scott Barker but we're getting a separate flight to the rest of you (anything to save a few quid). We'll be arriving 12 hours before you so I'll have to wait til Sydney to meet all you lovely lovely people.

i am Scott ... ie , the Scott Barker Neal mentioned and i will be partaking in the scary world that is Oz with you lot also. im also 23, was at uni with neal but gave it up as the course didnt suit me. i have now decided that after trying further education for the last 5 years or so that im gonna go learn something new about myself and explore the world.

Hey peeps!!

I'm Helen, 22 from Ipswich, Suffolk. I graduated from Lincoln uni last summer, have worked for the past year in the 'real world' and have had enough already so am now doing wat ive always wanted to do and travel to Oz! 8 days now guys, can't wait!

Think I'm one of the last ones to get in touch on here... had my sister's wedding last weekend so been really busy but now free to focus on Oz and can't wait to go!

Can't wait to meet everyone, its gonna be wicked and I plan to be at Spoons before we check in... great idea!
